Vintage Homer Laughlin's Kitchen Kraft open jug in the Priscilla pattern. It was produced in 1941 to be sold by the Household Institute. This open jug, is also called a jug, pitcher or water pitcher, is an egg shell base with a sweet floral mix of garden flowers in shades of pink, purple, yellow, and blue with green foliage. The rim and handle are trimmed in gold. The jug measures 5 3/8 inches tall, 6 1/4 inches in diameter and is 8 1/2 inches across the handle to spout. It holds 64 ounces. There are some light surface scratches, nothing obvious. There is some wearing of the gold mostly on the handle. The interior shows a few spots of discoloration under the glaze. It is truly a gorgeous piece of Laughlin fine dinnerware. The mark on the bottom is Household Institute Priscilla Ovenware Logo in gold over the Kitchen Kraft Ovenserve logo in green.
